Payment Information

We prefer not to accept cash. Pay our technician on completion using:

Stripe online: 1.75% + $0.30 + GST

Condition Reports

Reports delivered within 5–10 business days of job completion.

Roof Condition Liability Waiver

• We will not be liable for pre-existing roof defects, including loose or deteriorated tiles, rusted or fragile roofing, flashings, or guttering.
• If a technician deems any area unsafe, work may be suspended in that section.
• By proceeding with our services, you accept this waiver in full.

Additional Terms

Gutter Guards: Additional charges apply if not previously quoted. $99 call-out fee per technician if job cannot proceed.

Cancellations: One business day notice required. $99 cancellation fee per technician otherwise.

No Access: $99 call-out fee per technician if we cannot access the property.

Downpipes: Cleared to first elbow or 600mm. Further blockages require a licensed plumber.

Debris/Waste: On-site disposal in green bin where available. Off-site removal quoted and agreed with customer before proceeding.

Arrival Time: All times approximate (±90 mins) except confirmed 8:30am bookings.
